Requesting Assistance of Ambulance Service or Advanced Mobile Emergency Care Service With Intent Not to Use Assistance as Misdemeanor; Penalty.

Sec. 411d.
A person who, with the intent not to use the assistance, knowingly causes or makes a request for the assistance of an ambulance service or an advanced mobile emergency care service is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
