Sec. 24. A village incorporated under this act may locally modify this act by complying with the provisions governing the amendment of a charter under the home rule village act, 1909 PA 278, MCL 78.1 to 78.28. History: Add. 1998, Act 254, Imd. Eff. July 13, 1998
