Sec. 23i. A new petition shall not be filed under section 18a of this chapter less than 2 years after the election if the disincorporation is disapproved by the electors at an election held pursuant to section 18a or 23g of this chapter. History: Add. 1998, Act 254, Imd. Eff. July 13, 1998
