Sec. 6525. In every municipal court retained after the establishment of the district court pursuant to sections 9928 and 9930, a verdict in a civil action tried by a jury of 6 shall be received when 5 jurors agree. History: Add. 1974, Act 297, Eff. Apr. 1, 1975
