***** 408.1108 THIS SECTION IS AMENDED EFFECTIVE 91 DAYS AFTER ADJOURNMENT OF THE 2024 REGULAR SESSION SINE DIE: See 408.1108.amended ***** Sec. 8. (1) A person that violates this act is subject to a civil fine of not more than $5,000.00. The prosecutor of the county in which the violation occurred or the attorney general may bring an action to collect the fine.
