Red Pepper; Standards.

Sec. 3.
No person, firm or corporation shall manufacture for sale, or expose for sale, sell, exchange or deliver or have in his possession with intent to sell, exchange or deliver, any ground or whole red pepper which contains not more than 8 per cent of total ash, nor more than 1 per cent of ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid.
