(a) A peer-to-peer car sharing program may charge a shared vehicle driver a separately stated fee to recover the following costs incurred by the peer-to-peer car sharing program: (1) Any concession fees paid to a government-owned or government- operated: (i) Airport; or (ii) Other entity; and (2) Any other fee or charge imposed by a governmental entity. (b) If a peer-to-peer car sharing program advertises the rate available for a shared motor vehicle in the State, the fees authorized under this section shall be clearly disclosed in the advertisement.
