When a complaint to foreclose the right of redemption, as provided in this
subtitle, is filed, and the plaintiff has described or does describe the property in the
complaint in a manner other than that contained in the certificate of sale, any
judgment entered barring the defendant's right to redeem bars the defendant's
interest in the property described in the judgment, and that property only, provided
the description in the judgment, the description in the complaint, and the description
in the certificate of sale are intended to describe the same property.
