(a) (1) On request of the Commission, a public officer shall give to the Commission, without charge, a certified copy of a document or part of a document on file with the officer. (2) Without charge, a public officer shall accept from the Commission any document authorized or required to be filed with the officer and shall enter, file, docket, or record the document. (b) Each record of the Commission is a public record and shall be made available to the public at reasonable times.
