(a) The State Fire Marshal shall administer and enforce this subtitle. (b) The State Fire Marshal may: (1) adopt regulations necessary to carry out this subtitle; and (2) use any member of the Office of the State Fire Marshal, as necessary, to carry out and enforce this subtitle.
