(a) In addition to the jurisdiction granted in Title 11, Subtitle 2 of this article, the legislative body of Baltimore County may provide by local law for an administrative proceeding to enforce its zoning regulations. (b) The local law may include the authority to impose civil fines and penalties for zoning violations.
