(a) (1) The Commission shall publish each year a report describing the work of the Commission for the previous year, in the detail that the Commission considers appropriate. (2) The report required under this subsection shall include: (i) land acquisitions; (ii) financial transactions; (iii) personnel matters; and (iv) litigation and disposition of violations. (b) The Commission may publish pamphlets describing: (1) the law administered by the Commission; and (2) subdivision, zoning, and other regulations adopted or enacted by the Commission or the district councils. (c) The Commission may charge a fee for a publication issued under this section to cover any of the cost of the publication.
