This subtitle does not limit the right of: (1) An individual to practice a health occupation that the individual is authorized to practice under this article; (2) An individual from treating the individual or the individual's family based on the individual's religious or health beliefs; or (3) A person that sells vitamins and herbs from providing information about the person's products.
