Maryland Code § CJ-3-1507

Section CJ-3-1507

(a) An interim peace order, temporary peace order, and final peace order
issued under this subtitle shall state that a violation of the order may result in:
(1) Criminal prosecution; and
(2) Imprisonment or fine or both.

(b) A temporary peace order and final peace order issued under this subtitle
shall state that a violation of the order may result in a finding of contempt.
