In addition to any other requirement under the Maryland Rules, before the
court may ratify a sheriff's sale of real property under levy pursuant to a writ of
execution, the judgment creditor who requested the issuance of the writ shall provide
to the court a copy of the public assessment record for the real property kept by the
supervisor of assessments in accordance with § 2-211 of the Tax - Property Article.
