Maryland Code § AG-2-312

Section AG-2-312

At any time within two years from the date of revocation of any license, the
Board, by the affirmative vote of four members, may issue without examination a
new license to any person whose license was revoked. After the expiration of two
years, the person may obtain a license only by compliance with the same
requirements which are imposed by this subtitle on other license applicants.
