(a) A retail dealer may not employ a solicitor or salesperson outside of the
licensed place of business to solicit orders for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the
State.
(b) The sale of alcoholic beverages may not occur outside of the licensed
premises.
(c) This section does not prohibit:
(1) receiving orders by mail, telephone, or messenger;
(2) the filling of orders by delivery; or
(3) the payment for orders at the place of delivery.
