(a) There is a wine tasting license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW)
license or a beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.
(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of wine
containing not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume for tasting.
(d) A license holder may serve a quantity of not more than 1 ounce from
each offering of wine to an individual.

(e) In addition to the cost of the beer and wine license or beer, wine, and
liquor license, the annual license fee is $120.
