(a) There is a beer tasting license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer (B) license, a beer
and wine (BW) license, or a beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.
(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of beer for
tasting.
(d) A license holder may serve a quantity of not more than 3 ounces from
each offering of beer to an individual.
(e) (1) In addition to the cost of the beer and wine license or beer, wine,
and liquor license, the annual license fee is $120.
(2) In addition to the cost of a beer license, the annual license fee is
$110.
