(a) There is a Class B beer license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at a hotel or restaurant at the place described in the license for on- and off-premises consumption. (2) A license may not be issued for, for use in conjunction with, or on the premises of: (i) a drugstore or a restaurant located in a drugstore; or (ii) a premises that has a passageway providing direct public access to a drugstore or a restaurant located in a drugstore. (c) The annual license fee is $250.
