(a) There is a Class A beer license.
(b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes
the license holder to sell beer at retail to consumers at the place described in the
license.
(2) A license may not be issued for, for use in conjunction with, or on
the premises of:
(i) a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore or a restaurant
located in a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore; or
(ii) a premises that has a passageway providing direct public
access to a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore or a restaurant located in a
bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore.
(3) The license holder shall sell the beer in a sealed package or
container.
(4) The package or container may not be opened and its contents may
not be consumed on the premises where the beer was sold.
(c) The annual license fee is $200.
