(a) There is a Class B (Corporate Training Center) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption at a corporate headquarters support facility. (2) For the Board to issue the license, the corporate headquarters support facility shall serve only the workforce training and education needs of employees, customers, and visitors to the corporate headquarters of a corporation that employs at least 500 employees in the county. (c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 25-2005 of this title. (d) The annual license fee is $2,500.
