(a) There is a continuing care retirement community license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that: (1) is composed of residents of a continuing care retirement community that has obtained a certificate of registration from the Department of Aging under Title 10, Subtitle 4 of the Human Services Article; (2) has at least 50 members; and (3) has annual dues that average at least $5 per member. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell, at retail at the place described in the license, beer, wine, and liquor: (1) purchased from the Alcohol Beverage Services for the county; (2) for on-premises consumption; and (3) to a member or a guest accompanied by a member. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 25-2005 of this title. (e) The annual license fee is $500.
