(a) There is a beer, wine, and liquor club or organization license.
(b) (1) The Board may issue a beer, wine, and liquor license for the use
of a club or organization that:
(i) owns real property in the county; and
(ii) 1. if a yacht club, has at least 150 members, of which
at least 50 members own yachts, boats, or other vessels; or
2. if a local veterans', fraternal, or sororal organization,
is associated with a national organization.
(2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and
liquor for on-premises consumption.
(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and
days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 17-2006 of this
title.
(d) The annual license fee is:
(1) $2,000 for a for-profit club or organization; and
(2) $500 for a nonprofit club or organization.
