(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that: (i) has a dining room; (ii) has a regular seating capacity at tables, including not more than 15 seats at bars or counters, for at least 50 individuals; and (iii) operates in a facility with an assessed real property valuation of at least $20,000. (2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at a club, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption. (c) The annual license fee: (1) for a club that is a local chapter of a nationally organized nonprofit fraternal or veterans' organization is $1,200; and (2) for any other club is $1,500.
