(a) The alcohol awareness program also applies to an unlicensed establishment that is covered under Subtitle 25 of this title. (b) An owner of an unlicensed establishment or individual who is designated by the owner and employed in a supervisory capacity is required to be: (1) certified by an approved alcohol awareness program; and (2) present when alcoholic beverages are served or consumed.
