A license holder: (1) may employ an individual at least 18 years old to sell, serve, deliver, or otherwise deal with alcoholic beverages; and (2) may not employ or allow an individual under the age of 18 years to: (i) sell, serve, or deliver alcoholic beverages; or (ii) provide entertainment on the licensed premises.
