1. Civil violation. A person commits a civil violation if that person violates: A. Chapter 521; [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2 (AFF).] B. Chapter 523; or [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2 (AFF).] C. Chapter 527. [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2 (AFF).] [PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2 (AFF).] 2. Penalty. A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $50 may be adjudged for each colony in violation of chapter 521, 523 or 527.
