Contract to contain provisions relative to rate of wages and benefits to be paid

In all cases when a fair minimum wage and benefits have been established, the contract between
the public authority and the successful bidder must contain a provision requiring the successful bidder
and all subcontractors of the successful bidder to pay a rate or rates of wages and benefits that are not
less than the fair minimum wage and benefits. [PL 1997, c. 757, §8 (AMD).]
