1. Clinic. "Clinic," as used in this subchapter, shall mean any place, establishment or institution
which operates for the purpose of dispensing immunizing agents to persons who are not confined in
that place.

2. Immunizing agent. "Immunizing agent" means a vaccine, antitoxin or other substance used to
increase an individual's immunity to a disease.
