As used in this Title, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9 (NEW).] 1. Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health and Human Services. [PL 2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9 (NEW).] 2. Department. "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services. [PL 2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9 (NEW).] 3. Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities. "Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities" has the same meaning as in Title 34-B, section 1001, subsection 4-B. [PL 2011, c. 542, Pt. A, §23 (NEW).]
