Possession of gambling devices

1. A person is guilty of possession of gambling devices if he manufactures, sells, transports, places,
possesses or conducts or negotiates any transaction affecting or designed to affect ownership, custody
or use of any gambling device, knowing it is to be used in the advancement of unlawful gambling
activity, as defined in this chapter.

2. Possession of gambling devices is a Class D crime.
