Possession of gambling records

1. A person is guilty of possession of gambling records if, other than as a player, he knowingly
possesses any writing, paper, instrument or article, which is being used or is intended by him to be used
in the operation of unlawful gambling activity, as defined in this chapter.

2. Possession of gambling records is a Class D crime.
