Snagging

1. Prohibition. Except as provided in section 12506, subsection 7, a person may not fish by
snagging as defined by section 10001, subsection 58.

2. Penalty. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime. The court shall also
impose a fine of $20 for each fish unlawfully possessed, none of which may be suspended.
