Driving deer

1. Unlawfully driving deer. A person may not participate in a hunt for deer during which an
organized or planned effort is made to drive deer. For purposes of this subsection, 4 or more persons
working together to move deer constitutes an organized or planned effort to drive deer.

2. Penalty. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
