Determination of amount; jury trial

The court shall determine the amount for which each lienor has a lien upon the property by jury
trial, if either party so requests in complaint or answer; otherwise in such manner as the court shall
direct. Such determination shall be conclusive as to the fact and amount of the lien, subject to appeal
as in other actions. Any lienor may contest another lienor's claim upon issues framed under direction
of the court.
