FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (ICF/DD) §2180. Definitions As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings, except when the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Department" means the Louisiana Department of Health. (2) "ICF/DD" means an intermediate care facility for people with developmental disabilities.
