A. The Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators may maintain the Direct Service Worker Registry through an interagency agreement with the Louisiana Department of Health in accordance with applicable federal regulations. B. The Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators is authorized to issue certificates or certification cards which indicate registration status on the Direct Service Worker Registry to direct service workers upon request. The Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators may charge an amount not to exceed the cost of providing such certificates or certification cards.
