A. The board and its professional staff shall be governed by the standards of museum ethics promulgated by the American Association of Museums, which are not in conflict with law or ordinance. B. The board may adopt further standards of ethics for itself and its professional staff which it deems to be in the best interest of the museum which are not in conflict with law, ordinance, or the standards of the American Association of Museums.
