The revisor of statutes shall prepare and include in the Kansas statutes annotated: (a) Prefatory material, including statement of copyright authority, authentication statements and table of contents; (b) captions prefacing the text of the statutes and constitutions, showing their scope, in boldface type; (c) the history of each statutory section; (d) source notes and revisor's notes; (e) cross references to related or qualifying provisions of other sections of the statutes; (f) appropriate research and practice aids citing pertinent parts of other publications relating to Kansas laws if made available by the publisher thereof; (g) notes, where possible and appropriate, citing identical statutes of other states; (h) case annotations covering the reported decisions of the state and federal courts construing and interpreting Kansas laws; and (i) table of sections showing location of present and former legislative enactments in compilation.
