The Kansas Statutes Annotated shall include: (a) All general laws and laws of a general nature which are in force and effect at the time of publication of the volume or volumes containing such laws; (b) the declaration of independence; (c) the constitution of the United States; (d) the organic act for the state of Kansas; (e) the constitution of the state of Kansas; and (f) act of congress admitting Kansas into the Union.
