Minimum qualifications of applicants seeking licensure as architects are the following: (a) Graduation from a college or university program that is adequate in its preparation of students for the practice of architecture, as determined by the board in accordance with applicable rules and regulations; (b) proof of architectural experience of a character satisfactory to the board, as defined by rules and regulations of the board; and (c) the satisfactory passage of an examination utilized by the board.
