Such order may be made bythe districtcourt in whichthe judgment was rendered, or by the districtcourt of the county to which execution has been issued. The debtor may be required to appear and answer before either of such courts, or before a referee appointed for that purpose by the court who issued the order, to report either the evidence or the facts.
