The like order may be obtained atany time after the issuing of an execution, upon proof, by the affidavitof the party or otherwise, tothe satisfaction of the court who is togrant the same, that any judgment debtor has property which the debtor unjustly refuses to apply towards the satisfaction of the judgment.
