Rules of sheriff

The county sheriff shall formulate rules for the conduct and behavior of county jail prisoners. These rules may include provisions for county jailprisoners to do all necessary cleaning and upkeep of cells, compartments, dormitories and day rooms. Extra penalties may be provided for intentional damage of county jailproperty. Such rules and regulations shall be approved by a district judge from the districtin which the county jail islocated.
