Judicial review of actions of the department may be sought in accordance with the terms ofthe Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A. The petitioner shall filewith the clerk a bond for the use of the respondent, with sureties approved by the clerk and in an amount fixed by the clerk. In no case shall the bond be less than fiftydollars. All bonds shall include the condition that the petitioner shall perform the orders of the court.
