1. A board shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and the board’s enabling statute and for that purpose may request the department to make necessary investigations. Every licensee and member of a board shall furnish the board or the department such evidence as the member or licenseemay have relative toany alleged violation which is being investigated. 2. The department may administratively close a complaint that does not allege a violation of this chapter, the board’s enabling statute, or a rule of the board. Sectionamended
