Any person violating any provision of this subtitle, except insofar as the provisions apply or relate to or affect the practice of pharmacy, or where a specific penalty isotherwise provided, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Acts, ch 1053, §22; 2015 Acts, ch 30, §61
