methamphetamine education. As a component of the federal funding received by the department as the administering agency for the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children, from the United States department ofagriculture, food and nutrition service, the department shall incorporate amethamphetamine education programinto itsnutrition and health-related education services. The department shall be responsible forthe development of the education program to be delivered, and for the selection of qualified contract agencies to deliver the instruction under the program.
