Sec. 18. A vehicle that has been designated "JUNK", "DISMANTLED", "SCRAP", "DESTROYED", or any similar designation in another state or jurisdiction shall not be titled in Indiana. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-3.6-9(c) part.]
